Ellys enjoying a mud bath...Posted by: ranger in MBT - Daily Game Reports on Dez 5, 2012 Tagged in: Bushtops Daily Game Reports

Elephants take regular mud baths, this is important to keep the skin moisturerised. The mud also acts as a sun block.
Peter and his four guests were on game-drive around Posee plains when they came across a huge herd of elephants feeding. As they were driving through the herd they noticed three elephants trying to get as much mud on themselves as they could. Peter's guests found it interesting to watch such huge animals try squeeze and fit themselves in the same small mud hole.
