Hippo on its trail.

On an early morning game drive, ranger Jaffery came upon a male hippo that had been forced out of water by its rival. It had ventured into a foreign territory and did not show submissiveness towards the dominant male of the pool. The territorial male opened its mouth and showed his formidable teeth while approaching him, but he turned back and ran out of the water with the territorial male in hot pursuit. The territorial male decided to keep guard for a while onto the trail leading to his pool so that the intruder didn’t come back.
